The
"125" development strategy (one strategic objective, two strategic
tasks, and five strategic priorities) is the institutional arrangement and
conceptual guidance for the regional adaptive development of vocational college
teachers in the new era. On the basis of analyzing the vocational college
teachers' practice of regional adaptability development and reflection on their
current development status, this paper proposed five key abilities for the
development under the "125" development strategy, including borrowing
opportunities for development and regional adaptability development of
vocational college teachers, and also the organizational support for the development.
