珠海高职扩招与区域经济互动发展的实证分析

摘要 

高职扩招满足以人才为核心的产业政策导向,聚焦区域经济重点领域技术技能型人才的需求。从珠海高职扩招和区域经济的现状出发,对珠海高职扩招的招生人数、扩招专业与区域经济进行实证分析,提出加强政府对高职扩招专业的统筹作用,结合扩招生源特点对接珠海支柱产业,优化高职扩招专业设置,利用珠海市职教集团搭建产业学院进行现代师徒制试点,进一步提高企业参与度,以促进高职扩招与区域产业融合。

Abstract: 

The Expansion of Higher Vocational Education meets the needs of the industrial policy oriented towards talents and focuses on the technical and skilled talents in the key areas of Regional Economy. Based on the current situation, this paper makes an empirical analysis and research on enrollment and majors. According to the characteristics of the sources of students, it is proposed to strengthen the government's overall role, connect with the pillar industries and optimize the setting of the majors. At the same time, the Industrial College is suggested to be established by cooperating with the Vocational Education Group of Zhuhai to implement the modern apprenticeship system to improve the participation of enterprises, which will promote the coordination of the Expansion of Higher Vocational Education and the development of regional industries.
