摘要 为打赢网络意识形态斗争必须打造一支以“战斗力为标准”的队伍。当前队伍存在战斗意识相对薄弱、战斗责任相对淡漠、战斗能力相对不足等问题,急需建设一支以共产党员为先锋、专职队伍为骨干、大学生为后备的强有力的战斗队。战斗队要以政治要强、情怀要深、视野要广、思维要新、自律要严、底气要足来培养,以战斗的姿态、战士的担当、战场的坚守为使命,做到定思想、稳人心、重防御、强威慑。

Abstract: In order to win the ideological battle on the Internet, it is necessary to build a team with "fighting capacity as the criterion". Currently, there are problems such as relatively weak fighting awareness, relatively indifferent fighting responsibility, and relatively insufficient fighting ability in the team, so it is urgent to build a strong team with the Communist Party members as the vanguard, the specialized team as the backbone, and the university students as the backup. The team members should be cultivated with strong politics, deep patriotism, broad vision, new thinking, strict self-discipline and a strong bottom line, and should take on the mission of fighting posture, warrior's bearing and battlefield perseverance, so as to achieve the goals of a fixed mindset, stable hearts and minds, emphasizing defence and strengthening deterrence.
