摘要 

研究和实践满足我国产业发展需要的技术技能型人才培养模式,是高职院校亟需解决的课题。“一核心双主体五对接六融合”人才培养模式,以培养高素质技术技能人才目标为核心,发挥学校和企业双主体在职业教育的作用,实现人才培养目标、教学过程、教学内容、实训基地和教学团队与企业对接,促进德智体美劳教育与教学、企业需求相融合。

Abstract: 

It is an urgent task for higher vocational colleges to study and practice the training mode of technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of China's industrial development. The talent training mode of "one core, two main body, five jointing and six integration" focuses on the goal of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents, gives play to the role of both schools and enterprises in vocational education, helps to realize the jointing between talent training objectives, teaching processes, teaching contents, training bases and teaching teams and enterprises, and to promote the integration of moral, intellectual, physical, artistic and labor education with teaching and enterprise needs.
