摘要 

师德师风建设是“双师型”教师培育的重要标准。“双师型”教师培育的时代要求内涵师德师风建设的重要性,同时师德师风建设激发了“双师型”教师发展的内生动力。在“双师型”教师培育下推进师德师风建设要发挥好教师与学校两个主体和制度保障的作用,从而实现面向教育现代化师德师风建设规律和教师群体成长发展规律的再认识。

Abstract: 

The construction of teachers' morality and style is an important standard for the cultivation of "double qualified" teachers. The era of "double qualified" teachers' cultivation requires the construction of teachers' morality and style. At the same time, the construction of teachers' morality and style has stimulated the endogenous driving force for the development of "double qualified" teachers. In order to promote the construction of teachers' ethics and style under the cultivation of "double qualified" teachers, we should give full play to the role of the two main bodies of teachers and schools and the role of system guarantee, so as to realize the recognizing of the law of the construction of teachers' ethics and style and the law of the growth and development of teachers' groups facing the modernization of education.
