摘要 

针对部分地方院校实践创新培养过程中稍显缺乏系统的组织和规划,导致实施效果欠佳等问题,提出了构建“四层次递进式多元化”、“四位一体”课外科技实践体系。设计了由浅入深的引导启发过程,注重培养学生的学习兴趣对专业知识的渴望之情。层次递进的课外科技实践体系补充和延伸了“理论结合实践、教学结合科研、普及结合提高”的“三三式”应用型人才培养体系,有助于应用型人才培养目标的实现。

Abstract: 

In view of the lack of systematic organization and planning in the process of practical innovation training in our university, which leads to poor implementation effect and other problems, this paper puts forward the construction of "four levels of progressive diversification" and "four in one" extracurricular scientific and technological practice system. It designs the process of guidance and inspiration from the simple to the deep, and pays attention to the cultivation of students' interest in learning and their desire for professional knowledge. The progressive extracurricular scientific and technological practice system complements and extends the "three three types" applied talents training system of "theory combined with practice, teaching combined with scientific research, popularization combined with improvement", which is helpful to the realization of the training objectives of applied talents.
