This paper studies the teaching mode of open engineering training center in the context of new engineering. Open engineering training center establish the students’ organization in community style in the form of “maker space”. Open engineering training center also provide professional guidance in terms of innovative and practical skills for students in order to motivate students to complete the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities in the engineering training center.
