Abstract With the rapid development of education， the change from management to service has become the
inevitable trend of service system construction in universities．The management concept of college students must
change accordingly．The pertinence and effectiveness of college student management drive the transformation of
college students’management function，that is to change from the purpose of“management”to the purpose of
“service ”． In this paper， the author mainly discusses the idea， mode， mechanism and means of the
transformation of college students’management mode．
