Abstract Public transportation is the lifeblood of urban development．With the intensification of urbanization，
some of the bus systems in Jilin province cannot meet the citizens’travel needs in the city．And contradictions
continuously intensified because of less choice，high cost，low efficiency，which influences people’s work，their
life and the city image shaping．Therefore，we should guarantee the full implementation of bus priority，improve
the traffic legislation，strengthen the government’supervision， guide the public participation in policy making
and improve service levels．
