Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of physics majors and the demand for basic education talents in higher normal college of physics. Combined with the investigation, the paper puts forward the reform measures which refers to training aim , curriculum setting, teaching content and teaching methods as well as practice teaching in the aspects of training objectives.
