Abstract Practice-oriented teaching is an important means of combining theory with practice and it is an
important link in training personnel of comprehensive ability and high quality．Since the characteristics of our
college are to cultivate personnel with strong basic theory， excellent practical ability and high comprehensive
quality，the training center can not only provide the students with the practice teaching platform which is also
the indirect school-enterprise teaching base where the theoretical knowledge is supplemented and consolidated，
but also guarantee the improvement of the teaching quality and strengthening of the students’comprehensive
ability．In order to adapt to the development of social economy and meet the need for personnel，according to the
situation of our training center， we establish a teaching platform with characteristics of aviation manufacturing
so as to cultivate interdisciplinary talents．At the same time，we hope to provide reference for other universities．
