Abstract Based on the characteristics of talent mobility, this article analyzes the problems of personnel file management in universities and proposes rational response measures. At present, the mobility of talents in universities is relatively high. In order to build a high-quality talent system, it is necessary to strengthen the management of personnel files in universities, effectively grasp the reasons for talent mobility, accelerate the efficiency and quality of talent cultivation, and continuously retain talents to reduce the loss of important talents. At the same time, the management of personnel files in universities also needs to strengthen the construction of advanced technologies and systems. Any hidden dangers or problems discovered must be quickly resolved to promote the comprehensive development of universities.
