Logistics is an important part of university work, training a high-quality logistics team with ambition, professional skills and high morality is the guarantee in the work of establishing a logistic system that adapt to the modern university system with Chinese characteristics. This paper will analyze the problems in the logistics work of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology and put forward some suggestions on personnel introduction channels, training mechanism and personnel management.
