Abstract Starting from the overall refining process and gasoline pool composition, a Chinese petrochemical company analyzed the current status of gasoline production quality, benchmarking the requirements for upgrading the quality of National VI gasoline. Combining with the actual situation, by upgrading the production process technology of National VI gasoline quality, fully utilizing the existing oil resource structure, a low-temperature sulfuric acid process based on alkylation method was determined, and a simulated accounting production process was developed, laying a theoretical basis for the feasibility of upgrading the quality of National VI gasoline.
