Abstract In order to win the ideological battle on the Internet, it is necessary to build a team with "fighting capacity as the criterion". Currently, there are problems such as relatively weak fighting awareness, relatively indifferent fighting responsibility, and relatively insufficient fighting ability in the team, so it is urgent to build a strong team with the Communist Party members as the vanguard, the specialized team as the backbone, and the university students as the backup. The team members should be cultivated with strong politics, deep patriotism, broad vision, new thinking, strict self-discipline and a strong bottom line, and should take on the mission of fighting posture, warrior's bearing and battlefield perseverance, so as to achieve the goals of a fixed mindset, stable hearts and minds, emphasizing defence and strengthening deterrence.
