Abstract OBE (Outcome-based Education) is the main ideology of international project and technology education certification and innovation. In recent years, OBE is recognized as a new direction for the improvement of higher education, which aroused wide public concern domestically. To improve the industrial analyzing majors' employment ability in the local engineering colleges, based on the OBE research fruit of overseas and domestic scholars, this article studies the new way of educational reform.
