Abstract  According to the ozone disinfection methoda new kind of ozone disinfection method is developed.
Implements of fruits and vegetables disinfection and cleaning
through electronic type of ozone generator to
produce
and transport it to sink inmake the ozone fully contact with the fruit and vegetablefinally realizes
the efficient cleaning.This product is suitable for the family use and refit
and can also be used in restaurants
and hotels.
