摘要 

随着时代的不断进步,国际化开放办学已逐渐成为高等教育发展全球化进程中的潮流与趋势,是新工科背景下应用型本科高校转型发展的重要途径和抓手,将助力于的国际化人才培养和科技创新。以吉林化工学院为例,剖析了国际交流项目执行中存在的问题,提出相应建议,为地方应用型高校推进国际交流提供参考。

Abstract: 

With the continuous progress of the times, internationalized and open schooling has gradually become the trend in the globalization process of higher education development. It is an important approach and starting point for the transformation and development of local application-oriented colleges and universities under the background of the emerging engineering. It will contribute to the international talent training and the innovation of science and technology. Taking Jilin University of Chemical Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the international exchange programs, and puts forward suggestion to provide reference for other universities.
