大学生心理健康教育现状分析及路径思考

摘要

随着我国高等教育进入大众化教育阶段，大学生面临的学业、就业、情感等压力日渐突出，随之而来的心理健康问题日益显著，甚至影响了学生顺利完成学业。立足对当代大学生心理健康教育现状及常见心理问题分析，得出建立心理健康大数据，丰富心理健康互动平台，提升心理辅导质量等路径办法。因此，掌握大学生心理健康教育现状并对其开展适合的心理健康教育可以提升学生直面挫折的能力。

Abstract:

With the popularization of higher education in China, college students' pressure in education, employment, emotion increasingly leads to their mental health problems, which even affected the students' completion of their school work. This paper analyzes the current situation and some common psychological problems in college students' mental health education, and draws conclusion that the mental health data should be collected, interactive platform of mental health should be enriched and the quality of psychological counseling should be improved. In addition, to grasp the current situation of college students' mental health education and carry out appropriate mental health education can help to improve students' ability to face setbacks.
