摘要 

《悉尼协议》是国际上针对三年制高等工程技术教育专业的权威认证协议,对于我国高职教育发展的国际化、高职专业建设的纵深发展与路径探索具有重要的借鉴和参考价值。从分析《悉尼协议》的理念与功用着手,阐明高职专业建设的基本内涵与逻辑遵循,在建设理念、建设路径、建设内容、建设机制和建设保障等方面进一步探索专业建设路径,并不断进行反思与考量,为构建既具有中国特色又具有国际等效的专业建设组织模式奠定基础。

Abstract: 

The Sydney Accord is an international authoritative certification accord on three-year system higher engineering education, it has important reference value for internationalizing higher vocational education development, developing in depth and breadth and exploring the path of higher vocational specialty construction in China. Starting from the analysis of the conception and function of the Sydney Accord, we will expound the basic connotation and logical following of higher vocational specialty construction, further explore specialty construction path in terms of conception, path, content, mechanism and guarantee, and constantly reflect and consider the model, it will lay the foundation for establishing organizational model with Chinese characteristics and international equivalent.
