聚乙烯亚胺聚合物点的制备及其在利福平检测中的应用

摘要 

以柠檬酸钠和聚乙烯亚胺为原料,通过水热法合成了氨基聚合物点(PDs)荧光材料,利用其与利福平形成非荧光基态复合物,可使该聚合物点荧光淬灭。对PDs进行了紫外光谱,光致发光光谱表征,测试了不同环境下的荧光强度。结果表明,PDs具有良好的稳定性,通过对比得知该聚合物点对于利福平具有特异性选择。

Abstract: 

Amino polymer point (PDs) fluorescence material was synthesized by hydrothermal method from sodium citrate and polyethyleneimine. PDs was characterized by ultraviolet spectrum and photoluminescence spectrum. The results show that PDs has good stability, and the polymer point has specific selection for rifampicin.
