一株石油烃降解菌的鉴定及菌剂的制备研究

摘要 

从松原油田石油污染土壤中筛选一株高效降解石油烃菌株,通过16S rDNA 序列分析,鉴定其为微嗜酸寡养单胞菌( Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila strain),用该菌株制备固体菌剂,分别考察了料水比、烘干温度、载体比例对菌剂降解石油烃效果的影响,结果表明,最佳制备条件为料水比1:2、烘干温度35℃、菌剂在载体(稻壳:木屑:硅藻土)比例80%:10%:10%。

Abstract: 

A petroleum hydrocarbon degrading strain was screened from the soil polluted by petroleum in SongYuan oilfield, and was identified as Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila strain by 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The effects of material water ratio, drying temperature, carrier ratio were investigated. The results indicated that the petroleum hydrocarbons degradation efficiency was best under the following conditions: water ratio 1:2,drying temperature 35 ℃ and the inoculants on carrier (rice husk, sawdust, diatomite) ratio 80%:10%:10%.
