新型环保固沙剂的性能研究

摘要 

采用木质素磺酸钠、尿素、甲醛和三聚氰胺为主要原料,合成了新型环保固沙剂,为固沙剂领域提供了新品种。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)进行了化学组成分析,测试了固沙试样的抗风蚀性、保水性、抗压强度及耐水性,分析了不同浓度固沙剂的固沙效果。结果表明,新型环保固沙剂能将沙土颗粒紧密粘结, 形成较大团聚体结构。喷洒5%的固沙剂的沙模,固沙试样的风蚀率达到0.02%,保水率达到70%左右,抗压强度达到25mm,耐水性达到2.46%,能够满足实际应用要求。

Abstract: 

Using sodium lignin sulfonate, urea, formaldehyde and Melamine as the main raw materials, a new type of environmentally-friendly sand fixing agent was synthesized to provide a new variety of sand fixing agent. The chemical composition analysis was carried out by FT-IR, the wind corrosion resistance, water retention, compressive strength and water resistance of sand fixing samples were measured, and the sand fixing effect of different concentration of sand fixing agents was analyzed. The results show that the new environmentally friendly sand fixation agent can bond the sand particles tightly to form a larger aggregate structure. The sand mold of the sand fixing agent sprayed 5%, the wind erosion rate of the sand fixing specimen reached 0.02 %, the water retention rate reached about 70 %, the compressive strength reached 25mm, and the water resistance reached 2.46 %, which can meet the actual application requirements.
