摘要 

以呋喃甲醛为原料,VB1为催化剂,Na2CO3为碱性试剂,通过安息香缩合反应绿色合成了糠偶姻,分别探讨了溶剂配比、VB1的用量、碱的用量、反应温度、反应时间对反应的影响,并通过熔点测定和IR光谱测定进行了结构确认。实验结果表明,最好的实验条件是:呋喃甲醛(10 mL,0.12 mo1)中加入95%乙醇(20 mL)、VB1(1.80 g)和10% Na2CO3(8.0 mL),在 60 ℃反应1.0 h,收率最高可达到84.56%。

Abstract: 

Furoin was synthesized by benzoin condensation reaction using furaldehyde as raw material, VB1 as catalyst and Na2CO3 as basic reagent. The effects of solvent ratio, amount of VB1 and alkali, reaction temperature and time were discussed, and the structure of condensation product was confirmed by melting point determination and IR spectroscopy. The experimental results show that the optimal condition was furaldehyde (10 mL, 0.12 mol), 95% ethanol (20 mL), VB1 (1.80 g), 10% Na2CO3 (8.0 mL), at 60 oC for 1.0 h, the best yield was upto 84.56%.
