摘要 

以2,2'-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚) (简称抗氧剂2246)、丙酰氯为反应原料,三乙胺为缚酸剂,采用二氯甲烷为反应溶剂,直接合成2-(2-羟基-3-叔丁基-5-甲基苄基)-4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯基丙酸酯(简称抗氧剂3426)的方法。探讨了摩尔比n(抗氧剂2246):n(丙酰氯)、反应时间、反应温度对反应产率的影响,本合成方法绿色环保,溶剂可以循环使用,符合绿色化学理念。

Abstract: 

This article discussed with 2, 2 '- methylene double (4 - methyl - 6 - tertiary butyl phenol) referred to as the antioxidants, (antioxidant 2246) reaction, propionyl chloride as raw materials, triethylamine as the bound acid agent, using dichloromethane as solvent, the direct synthesis of 2 - (2 - hydroxy - 3 - tert-butyl - 5 - methyl benzyl) - 4 - methyl - 6 - tert-butyl phenyl propionate (hereinafter referred to as antioxidant 3426) method.The effects of molar ratio n(antioxidant 2246):n(propionyl chloride), reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield were studied.The synthesis method is green and the solvent can be recycled, in line with the concept of green chemistry.
