向孔子学习社交智慧

摘要

《论语》一书记载了孔子对社会交往的独到见解与深刻认知，充满着社交智慧，笔者将其概括为：擦亮双眼，明于识人；明辨是非，讲究原则；行仁重义，怀忠讲信；懂得礼让，把握分寸；宽恕待人，善于反省。孔子的社交智慧对现代社会人际交往产生了深远影响，具有深刻的现实意义，值得我们研究、学习和借鉴。

Abstract:

The Analects contains Confucius' unique views and deep understanding of social interaction. By attaching much importance to principles such as kindheartedness, justice, morality, tolerance, comity, loyalty, sincerity, introspection and sense of propriety, Confucius' wisdom has a far-reaching impact on interpersonal communication in modern society, which has profound significance and is worth studying and drawing lessons from.
