团体心理辅导在高校心理健康教育工作中的积极意义

摘要

团体心理辅导是高校心理健康教育工作中重要的方法与媒介之一。团体心理辅导可以使学生在常见心理问题与常见心理困惑方面提升自助能力并获得心理支持。本文献即对团体心理辅导内涵进行简要阐述，着重探讨团体心理辅导在高校心理健康教育中的优势与积极意义，并对团体心理辅导的未来运用提出展望。

Abstract:

Group counseling is one of the important methods and mediums in college mental health education. Group counseling can improve students' self-help ability and help them to obtain psychological support when they have usual psychological problems and puzzles. This paper briefly expounds the connotation of group psychological counseling, emphatically discusses the advantages and significance of group psychological counseling in college psychological health education, and puts forward the prospect of the future application of group psychological counseling.
