摘要 

习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想对高校思想政治工作提出了新要求。以新思政观为引领,充分发挥十大育人功能,构建一体化育人体系,着力实现“三全”育人格局,吉林化工学院外国语学院党委积极发挥基层组织活力,创立教师党员导师制和学生党建“333工程”,探索出了一条以支部为依托的党建育人品牌化道路。

Abstract: 

New demands for the ideological and political education are put forward in universities based on Xi Jinping's educational concept of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. In order to realize the function of ideological and political education, the party organization of Foreign Languages School established a model characterized by teacher party members' tutorial system and "333 Project" of student party building.
