摘要 

如何培养高素质、德才兼备的创新型人才,则是我们高校教育工作者多年来一直探究的课题之一。本文结合社会对创新型人才的需求,探索并研究了“学科竞赛引领-生产性创业-订单深度培养”三位一体创新型人才培养模式。该模式依据本科院校专业特点及社会对创新型人才的需求导向,探索上述三方面与高端创新型人才培养的内在有机联系及寻求发展规律,形成了显性的研究和实践成果。通过此教学模式的改革,使得学生在创新能力上得以大幅提升,动手能力得以提高,创新思维也变得十分开阔。

Abstract: 

How to cultivate innovative talents with both high quality and ability is one of the topics that our university educators have been exploring for many years. Combining with the social demand for innovative talents, this paper explores and studies the innovative talents training mode of the trinity of "subject competition leading - productive entrepreneurship - order deep training". According to the professional characteristics of undergraduate colleges and the social demand orientation for innovative talents, the mode explores the internal organic relationship between the above three aspects and the cultivation of innovative talents and seeks the law of development, thus forms a dominant research and practical results. Through the reform of this teaching mode, both of the students' innovative ability and practical ability have been greatly improved, and innovative thinking has also become quite open-minded.
