摘要 本研究以新戊二醇与甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料,开发了一种基于大孔强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂的非均相催化体系,用于合成二甲基丙烯酸新戊二醇酯。系统探究了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度与时间等因素对反应转化率的影响,确定了最优工艺条件。在此条件下,新戊二醇的转化率可达70.61%。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱与气相色谱对产物进行了联合表征,结果确证了目标产物的成功合成。?

Abstract: This study developed a heterogeneous catalytic system based on macroporous strongly basic styrene-type cation exchange resins for the synthesis of neopentyl glycol dimethacrylate using neopentyl glycol and methyl methacrylate as raw materials. The effects of key reaction parameters, including reactant ratio, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature, and time, on the conversion rate were systematically investigated, and the optimal process conditions were determined. Under these conditions, the conversion of neopentyl glycol reached 70.61%. The product was jointly characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography, and the results confirmed the successful synthesis of the target compound.
