摘要 随着高校学生心理问题不断增多,构建适合大学生成长发展的心理健康教育体系成为越来越迫切的需求。从辅导员的视角出发,分析大学生心理健康教育的必要性,针对现阶段大学生心理健康教育工作存在的问题,提出了构建心理健康教育长效体系的路径。

Abstract: As the mental problems of college students keep increasing, constructing a mental health education system suitable for the growth and development of college students has become an increasingly urgent need. From the perspective of counselors, the necessity of mental health education for college students is analyzed. In view of the problems existing in the current mental health education work for college students, the ways of constructing a long-term mental health education system are proposed.
