摘要 采用正交设计法对磷酸铵镁(MAP)的生成进行了研究。方差分析结果表明:在MAP晶体的形成过程中,溶液的pH值、初始P浓度(C0)、以及二者的交互作用是MAP形成的显著性因素,对MAP的形成起决定性作用。依据各因素K值的大小,确定了MAP生成工艺的最优方案为A3B3C3D2E1F2。在最优方案条件下,制备获得2.241gMAP晶体。SEM扫描谱图显示:沉淀物的主要成分为磷酸铵镁晶体。

Abstract: The orthogonal design method was used to study the formation of magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) crystal. The results of variance analysis showed that the pH value of solution, initial P concentration (C0), and its interaction are the significant factors for the formation of MAP crystal, which play the decisive roles in these process. According to the K values of factors, the optimal formation process of MAP was determined as A3B3C3D2E1F2. And under the optimal condition, 2.241g MAP crystal was prepared. The SEM analyses showed that the composition of the precipitate was mainly magnesium ammonium phosphate.
