摘要 

中国共产党高度强调党的政治建设,体现在党员干部身上就是政德建设。名臣家训不仅蕴含着优秀价值理念和齐家育人之道,更包含着为政以德的思考和实践,积极挖掘名臣家训中强调的以德修身、仁政爱民、清廉崇俭、忠正勤慎、治家严苛等合理内核,可为新时代政德建设提供内外兼修的引领和具体可循的规范借鉴。

Abstract: 

The Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the political construction of the Party, which is reflected in the construction of political morality of Party members and cadres. The family instruction of famous ministers not only contains excellent values and the way to educate the family, but also contains the thinking and practice of governing by virtue. It actively excavates the reasonable core of moral cultivation, benevolent governance and loving the people, honesty and thrift, honesty and diligence, and strict family management, which are emphasized in the family instruction of famous ministers, which can provide both internal and external urging and specific criterion-based reference for the construction of political ethics in the new era.
