新时代背景下大学生创业意愿分析及对策研究

摘要 

随着中国式现代化不断发展和新时代的到来,高等学校毕业生人数逐年增长,大学生就业问题是当前社会面临的重要问题之一。创新创业自然就成了解决毕业生就业问题的重要途径,然而新时代大学生存在创业的观念意识淡薄,创业意愿不强的现象。本文在前人的研究基础上并结合访谈调查,概括分析大学生创业意愿的影响因素,并在此基础上提出对策和建议。

Abstract: 

With the development of Chinese modernization and the coming of a new era, the number of college graduates is increasing year by year, and the employment of college students is one of the important problems existed in the current society. Innovation and entrepreneurship have naturally become an important way to solve the problem of the graduates' employment. However, in the new era, college students have weak consciousness of entrepreneurship, and their entrepreneurial willingness is not strong. Based on previous studies and the results of the interviews, this paper summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial willingness, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.
