摘要 通过将微量元素变质技术与亚快速凝固技术相结合,在 Sb变质的 AI-12Mg2Si合金中降低了共品Mg2Si的长径比。共晶Mg2Si形貌由粗大的汉字状转变为细小的蠕虫状。同时,亚快速凝固条件下共品Mg2Si 颗粒尺寸大幅下降。对样品进行拉伸性能测试发现,亚快速凝固技术与微量元素变质相结合所制备的样品力学性能较高,其最大抗拉强度增加到 235 MPa,断裂延伸率增加约为5%。较高的冷却速度可以显著细化共品Mg2si的颗粒尺寸,并且,均匀分布的变质剂原子可以充分吸附在共品Mg,Si的各个晶面上,从而导致共品 Mg,Si颗粒长径比的下降,

Abstract: By combining trace element modification technology with sub rapid solidification technology , the aspect ratio of eutectic Mg2Si was reduced in Al-12Mg2Si alloy modified with Sb.The morphology of eutectic Mg2Si changed from coarse Chinese script to fine small-worm. Meanwhile, under sub rapid solidification conditions, the particle size of eutectic Mg2Si is decreased significantly.The tensile performance test of the sample revealed that the mechanical properties of the sample prepared by combining sub rapid solidification technology with trace element modification were higher.The ultimate tensile strength was increased to 235 MPa and the fracture elongation increased to about 5%.A higher cooling rate can significantly refine the particle sizeof eutectic Mg2Si. Moreover , uniformly distributed modifier atoms can fully adsorb on various crystal planes of eutecticMg2Si,which leads to a decrease in the aspect ratio of eutectic Mg,Si particles.
