结合地方经济对碳纤维材料领域人才培养策略的探索研究

摘要 

碳纤维产业集群目前是吉林市 “四六四五”发展战略的重点发展领域。以吉林化工学院——吉林省特色高水平应用型大学为例,结合地方经济社会发展对人才的需求,对碳纤维材料领域人才培养策略进行探索研究。在剖析目前应用型高校在人才培养方面存在的问题的基础上,从人才培养方案、课程体系设置、教学模式改革、校企合作等方面提出了系列举措。

Abstract: 

Carbon fiber industrial cluster is the key development field of Jilin City's development strategy currently. In this study, Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology, a high-level application-oriented university with characteristics in Jilin Province, was taken as an example to explore the talent cultivation strategy in the field of carbon fiber materials in combination with the demand of local economic and social development for talents. On the basis of analyzing the problems in the talent training of application-oriented colleges and universities, a series of measures are put forward from the aspects of talent training program, curriculum system setting, teaching mode reform, school-enterprise cooperation and so on.
