高校辅导员在“三全育人”视角下育人创新模式探究

摘要

在“三全育人”理念的基础上探究了高校在“三全育人”工作中存在的问题，明确辅导员在“全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人”中的角色定位，结合“互联网+”探讨了辅导员在三全育人视角下的育人模式。

Abstract:

On the basis of the concept of "Three-whole Education", this paper probes into the problems existing in the work of "Three-whole Education" in colleges and universities, defines the role orientation of counselors in "all staff education, whole process education and all-round education", and discusses the education mode of counselors from the perspective of "Internet +".
