现代汉语中面子的次范畴表达的区分性语用功能

摘要 

现代汉语中面子概念是一个极为复杂的问题,近年来,对其研究也是层出不穷,常常与人情,身份,文化相结合。因此,本文作者基于CCL语料库,通过对比面子的明示性表达的语用功能,进一步阐释并分析现代汉语中面子的次范畴表达的区分行语用功能。本研究主要发现次范畴面子表征的语用功能主要包括:产生(不)礼貌,表达明示性情感和实现修辞效果。本研究认为,汉语中的面子可以通过主范畴面子(面子的明示性表达)和次范畴面子来表征,但它们具有区分性的语用功能。

Abstract: 

Chinese MIANZI is a very complex issue in recent years, and the researches often combined with favor, identity, culture and so on. Therefore, based on the data drawing from the CCL corpus, this paper aims to elaborate the pragmatic functions of subcategory MIANZI representations by comparing with the explicit MIANZI representation. The major finding is presented that the pragmatic functions of subcategory MIANZI representations, among others, consist in generating (im)politeness, expressing explicit emotion, and achieving rhetorical effects. This study concludes that Chinese MIANZI can be represented by both explicit main category expressions and subcategory expressions, but their pragmatic functions are distinguishable.
