摘要 

采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,在运动坚持形成理论四种假说的基础上,分析大学生锻炼坚持的影响因素。认为:坚持锻炼是多种影响因素综合作用的结果,影响因素归纳为6类22项;锻炼者对锻炼行为的心理依赖影响最大;运动频率、运动时间、运动强度与锻炼坚持紧密正相关。据此提出大学生体育锻炼行为的坚持机制为个体运动动机决定论和社会因素推动论;建议消极性运动成瘾采取3种预防与干预办法。

Abstract: 

Based on the four hypotheses of sports persistence formation theory, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of college students' exercise persistence by using the methods of literature and logical analysis, and holds that: persistence in exercise is the result of the comprehensive effect of various influencing factors, and the factors are summarized into 6 categories and 22 items; the psychological dependence of the exerciser on exercise behavior is the key factor; the frequency, length of exercise, strength of exercise are closely related to exercise persistence. Based on this, the author puts forward that the persistence mechanism of college students' physical exercise behavior is the determined by individual sports motivation and the promotion of social factors, and suggests that three prevention and intervention methods should be adopted for passive sports addiction.
