法治社会下高校教师应怎样履行权利和义务

摘要

教师是科学知识的传播者，是人类文化之树的培育者，是人类精神文明的设计师。高等学校教师肩负着立德树人、培养高层次高水平人才的重要责任。基于对高等教育法规的学习，浅谈法治社会下高校教师应怎样履行权利与义务。

Abstract:

Teachers are disseminators of scientific knowledge, cultivators of human cultural trees, and designers of human spiritual civilization. College teachers shoulder the important responsibility of strengthening moral education and cultivating high-level talents. Based on the study of higher education laws and regulations, a brief discussion on how college teachers should perform their rights and obligations under the rule of law is conducted.
