摘要 

为了更有效的缓解当代人的睡眠质量差,入睡难,失眠的现象。设计一种基于STM32为核心的睡眠质量检测装置。该装置通过液晶触摸屏,实时显示时间及环境的温湿度、噪声、二氧化碳浓度等检测信息,并在液晶屏上显示环境状态,同时能够由用户自主定义并显示想要了解的影响睡眠质量的因素,并与家中的窗帘、空调、音响、冰箱等相关相通讯,进行协同工作营造睡眠环境,尽可能的减少受外界因素的影响。该检测装置设置、操作十分简便。实验验证,装置系统具有良好的稳定性和可靠性,为使用者提供良好的睡眠服务,创造适合环境,保证精力充沛工作及健康生活。

Abstract: 

At present, most people have poor sleep quality, difficulty in falling asleep and insomnia,in order to alleviate this phenomenon more effectively,this paper designs a sleep quality detection device based on STM32 controller.The device can use LCD touch screen, real-time display time, temperature and humidity, noise, carbon dioxide concentration and other information of the environment,at the same time, users can independently define factors that affect sleep quality.It can communicate with curtains, air conditioners, stereos and refrigerators at home,they work together to create a sleeping environment that minimizes the impact of external factors.The device is easy to operate, stable and reliable. It provides good sleep service for users and creates a suitable environment.
