地方本科院校经管类专业校企合作协同育人模式探索——以吉林化工学院为例

摘要 

在新常态经济背景下,经济管理学院依托学校“大化工”特色,整合学校、地方企业的优势资源。从实习基地的签订、实验室的建设、人才定向培养、企业导师进课堂、双师型师资队伍的建设等几方面探索出一种多路径的协同育人模式。切实提高了地方本科院校人才培养质量,通过输送大批优质人才反哺企业,为地方经济的发展提供强有力的人才保障。

Abstract: 

In the context of the new normal economy, the School of economics and management relies on the characteristics of the “big chemical industry” of schools to integrate the superior resources of schools and local enterprises. From the signing of the practice base, the construction of the laboratory, the oriented cultivation of talents, the introduction of enterprise mentors into the classroom, the construction of double-qualified teachers and other aspects, this paper explores a multi-path collaborative cultivation mode. It has effectively improved the quality of talent cultivation in local undergraduate colleges and universities, and provided a strong talent guarantee for the development of local economy by feeding enterprises with a large number of high-quality talents.
