构建高校大学生“慢就业”解困机制---以福建师范大学福清分校为例

摘要

在严峻的就业形势下，高校大学生“慢就业”现象日渐凸显。大学生“慢就业”现象的出现是内因和外因共同作用的结果,对“慢就业”现状进行调查分析，结合实证研究，从个人、家庭、学校、企业四个方面提出相应措施以及建议，以期对各高校“慢就业”大学生进行分类指导,为他们建立解困机制有一定启示。

Abstract:

The grim employment situation increasingly highlight the delayed employment phenomenon, The phenomenon is the result of the effect of internal and external causes. This paper will use questionnaire survey in college students delayed employment phenomenon and reasons for investigation and analysis. And it will base on several aspects put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions, in order to establish various colleges and universities delayed employment solution mechanism, improving the quality of employment.
