高校师德建设刍议

摘要

师德建设是教师队伍建设的核心，是落实立德树人根本任务的基本要求。当前受社会不良风气和功利主义思想的影响，部分教师缺乏求真的科学态度，缺少为人师表的精神，缺失奉献精神。为加强师德建设应注重师德师风宣传，加强师德全程教育，注重师德的自我提升，建立师德建设保障机制。

Abstract:

The construction of teachers' morality is the core of the development of teachers. It is the basic requirement of carrying out the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents. At present, under the influence of bad atmosphere of the society and of the utilitarian thought, some teachers lack the scientific attitude of seeking truth, the spirit of being a teacher, and the spirit of dedication. In order to strengthen the construction of teachers' morality, we should pay attention to the propaganda of teachers' morality so as to strengthen the teachers' morality education, pay attention to the self-improvement of teachers' morality, and try to establish the guarantee mechanism of teachers' morality construction.
