摘要
分析现有产品,设计介绍了一台能够对多份单摞试卷进行配页和装订的装置。设备以电力为动力源,由电动机带动传动箱内各执行元件的各种动作,结构形式不同于已有产品,工位圆周均布,设计独特,效率高、结构简单、操作简便,设计过程中为了验证方案的可行性,采用动力学分析软件对相关机构运动进行了运动仿真,依据仿真结果,完成了相关研究。

Abstract:
A device that can classify and bind multiple sheets of paper is designed. The equipment is powered by electricity. The motor to drive the action of executive element, the structural form is different from the existing products, unique design, with high efficiency, simple structure, convenient operation. to verify the feasibility of the solution in the design process., the dynamics of mechanism motion analysis software is used for motion simulation, based on the simulation results, completed the related research.
