响应面法优化索式提取茄子根中总黄酮工艺的研究

摘要 采用响应面法对茄子根总黄酮的索式提取工艺进行优化通过茄子根前处理与提取率关系实验确
定茄子根粉末最适宜粒度为
50 选取乙醇浓度提取时间和溶媒用量三个因素, 以总黄酮提取率为响
应值,在单因素实验基础上,用响应面分析方法优化总黄酮的索式提取工艺
结果表明当工艺条件为乙
醇浓度
42%提取时间 3.6 h溶媒用量 26 mL/g茄子根粉末目数 50 目时, 茄子根总黄酮提取率的预测
值和实验值分别为
0.424%0.425%,相对误差为 0.24%.

Abstract: Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the soxhlet extraction of total flavonoids from
eggplant root. The optimum particle size 50mu of eggplant root powder was determined by the relationship
between the pretreatment and extraction rate of eggplant root. Thanol concentration
extraction time and the
amount of solvent were selected as the investigation factors and the yield of total flavonoids was used as the
response values.On the basis of single factor experiment
the extraction process of total flavonoids was optimized
by using the response surface methodology.Experiment result showed that the ptimum extraction technology was
determined as follows
: ethanol concentration 42%extraction time 3.5hthe amount of solvent 26ml / gpowder
mesh of 50.Under the optimum extraction conditions
the predictive and experimental values of total flavonoids
from eggplant root were 0.424% and 0.425%
respectivelythe relative error between themwas 0.24%.
