摘要 近年来,风险投资在我国发展态势向好, 投资规模、数量均呈现上升趋势, 资本市场结构逐步完
善,但风险投资业要进一步发展仍是困难重重。在此背景下, 本文就风险投资及其退出依次加以介绍,
并进一步分析我国现有的各种风险投资退出方式。此外,通过整理最新的行业数据,分析了我国风险投
资及其退出机制特点以及存在的问题,并就有关问题提出相应建议, 以改善当前风险投资退出环境, 促
进我国风险投资业的发展。

Abstract:  In recent years, venture capital whose investment scale and amount was on the rise has been
developing well in our country, and the capital market structure improved gradually, but it is still difficult for
venture capital industry to get further development.In this context,this paper introduces the venture capital and
its withdrawal and analyzes the exit mechanism of the venture capital investment in China. In addition, the
author collected the latest data in this industry,analyzed the characteristics of the venture capital and problems
in exit mechanism in China and put forward some suggestions so as to improve the current venture capital
withdrawal environment and promote the development of venture capital industry in China.
