摘要 

大学生心理健康教育是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,是提升大学生素质的有效途径,但仍存在着诸多困境。心理资本是积极心理学的主要研究领域,包括自我效能感、希望、乐观和韧性,是个体积极心理品质的核心成分。本文从心理资本开发的视角,对大学生心理健康教育课程的课程目标、课程设计基本原则、课程内容和考核方式进行了阐述,以期改善教学效果,真正为学生服务。

Abstract: 

College students' mental health education is an organic part of higher education and it is an effective way to improve the college students' quality. However, there are still some difficulties in the education. Psychological capital is the main research areas of positive psychology which includes self-efficacy, hope, optimism and tenacity, and it is also the core quality. This paper, from the perspective of developing psychological capital, explains the teaching objectives, basic principles of curriculum design, teaching content, evaluation methods of college students' mental health education curriculum so as to improve the teaching effect and serve the students.
