摘要 

嵌入式培训是在校企深度合作的前提下,将企业的生产技能要求作为学生职业培训标准嵌入到职业院校的培训中,在职业院校的主导下,企业深度参与职业院校教学,使学生的基本技能能够更符合企业生产要求的培训过程。本文对职业教育中的嵌入式培训概念进行了界定,论述了嵌入式培训对技能型人才职业技能提升的重要作用,结合嵌入式培训的探索和实践,提出实施嵌入式培训的对策。

Abstract: 

Embedded training is based on the deep cooperation between         the schools and the enterprises, and it is to embed the requirements for production skill needed by the enterprises into the vocational training standards. Under the leadership of vocational schools, enterprises are deeply involved in the teaching process so that the skills obtained by the students meet the enterprises' requirements. This paper defines the concept of embedded training in vocational education and discusses its important role in the improvement of vocational skills and gives suggestions on the basis of   the exploration and practice of the training.
