摘要 

在十九大中习近平总书记提出 “培养造就一大批具有国际水平的战略科技人才、科技领军人才、青年科技人才和高水平创新团队。”在实现全面小康社会的关键时期,人才培养是重中之重。本文对以课外兴趣小组为核心的第二课堂的概念、原则、举措、成效等方面进行了阐述,并就当前高校第二课堂存在的问题提出了行之有效的解决办法,以期对探索高校第二课堂的育人功能有所裨益。

Abstract: 

In the 19th National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping said that we should train a large number of strategic talents of international level, leading talents in science and technology, young talents and high-level innovation teams. In the significant period of the realizing a well-off society, the cultivation of talents is the most important thing. In this paper, the author discussed the concept, principle, measures and effectiveness of the Second Class based on extracurricular activities, and put forward effective solutions to the existing problems of the Second Class with the purpose to benefit the educational function.
